When you are arrested you are entitled to FREE and INDEPENDENT legal advice at the Police Station, irrespective of your financial means.
Many cases are won or lost at the Police Station, it is therefore crucial and in your best interest to obtain advice as to the lack/strength of any evidence suggested by the Police against you
and ensure your rights are protected.
