PAROLE BOARD REPRESENTATION: If you are approaching your parole eligibility date, usually six months in advance of your release date you will be served with the Parole Boards dossier upon you. Our firm can represent you by making written representation or attending the oral hearing on your behalf.
OTHER REPRESENTATION: Dependant upon your needs, Horsman Loader can assist you in respect of recall matters. We can make written representations or attend oral hearings for that purpose. With the extended or IPP sentences being used more often by the Courts, you should obtain advice upon that, again we can help.
