PRIVATE PAYING CLIENTS: If your case falls within the Magistrates Court and the court either says your case does not justify legal aid, this can apply to Road Traffic Matters, or your income exceeds the prescribed limits, then you can instruct Horsman Loader on a private paying basis to represent you.
In cases resulting in a not guilty verdict at trial or charges being discontinued, then as you have instructed the firm on a private paying basis, your file will be submitted to the court with an application being made on your behalf, for your legal costs incurred to be met by the court and refunded to you.
